2006年,中国科学院大学获博士学位;
2006年至今,中国科学院亚热带农业生态所先后任研究实习员、助理研究员、副研究员、研究员;
2020年,青年科学基金项目B类获得者 (原优青) ;
2025年,青年科学基金项目A类获得者 (原杰青) 。

中国科学院青年创新促进会会员和优秀会员,湖南省领军人才,湖南省企业科技创新创业团队带头人。现任中国科学院农业生态过程重点实验室副主任、中国科学院青年创新促进会生命科学分会会长和院理事会理事、动物消化道微生物专题组副主任、全国畜牧业标准委员会委员,以及Frontiers in microbiology和 Innovation编委。在ISME J,Microbiome,Journal of Nutrition,British Journal of Nutrition,Journal of Dairy Science,Journal of Animal Science,Animal Feed Science and Technology,Animal等期刊发表论文80余篇。授权中国专利4项。
