饲草作物设计育种技术—育种技术

  • “育种技术”团队,由金京波研究员作为学术带头人,致力于开发适用于饲草的设计育种的关键技术,缩短育种周期,提升育种效率。该团队利用高光谱等表型组学技术,开发从温室到大田的表型解析智能模型,支撑饲草加速育种平台。负责建立和完善饲草的高效遗传转化与基因编辑体系,并利用泛基因组等资源,开发用于重要性状精准选育的分子标记和育种芯片。为快速挖掘抗逆、高产、优质相关的关键基因与种质资源的快速创制,提供坚实的技术支撑。
