饲草独特生物学理论—种质与遗传
- “种质与遗传”团队,由王雷研究员作为学术带头人,团队的核心工作在于系统性构建饲草这一特殊作物类群(以苜蓿、羊草等为代表)的专属遗传理论体系。通过种质资源对比,解析饲草多年生、高产优质、抗逆性等区别于传统主粮作物的核心性状遗传基础。从自交不亲和性、耐刈割与再生、越冬与返青耐寒等饲草独特生物学特征入手,在复杂基因组中挖掘独特性状的遗传元件与调控网络。将传统遗传分析与多组学、基因编辑等技术结合,致力于为设计育种的策略提供分子遗传理论基础。
